Our Team

Dr. Kane Brad J. Kane, DDS
Dr. Kane graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1982. He is past president of the Santa Barbara/Ventura County Dental Society and a member of The Grant Selection Committee for the California Dental Association Foundation.

He has been married to his lovely wife, Ania, for over 25 years. Ania and Brad have two children; Barbara (23 years old) and Mark (18 years old). Barbara is in her second year of dental school at Nova- Southeastern University in Florida; while, Mark is in his first year at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

While not in the office Dr. Kane can be found on the golf course or restoring automobiles. He also enjoys his annual ski trips to Mammoth Mountain.

Dr. Kerper Stephen P. Kerper, DDS
Dr. Kerper graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psychobiology in 1977. He received
his dental degree in 1982 from the UCLA School of Dentistry.

In 1983 Dr. Kerper established his practice in Oxnard with one of his dental school classmates, Dr. Brad Kane. For the past 25 years, Dr. Kerper has devoted himself to delivering state of the art care. We are very proud of our new office which allows us to provide unsurpassed service to our patients. Since graduating from Dental School Dr. Kerper has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses on topics ranging from porcelain veneer and other cosmetic treatments to occlusion and bite related diseases.

Dr. Kerper is married to Karen and they have 3 beautiful daughters.

Dr. Kane Barbara Kane, associate Dentist
Dr. Barbara Kane was raised in the Ventura County area. She attended UCLA as an undergrad and majored in Physiology. She graduated with honors in 2006 and is a proud Bruin.

From college, Dr. Kane moved to the East coast for dental school. She is a 2010 graduate of Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where she received her DMD degree. Dr. Kane completed her residency at LAC + USC Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Hospital in downtown LA from July 2010 until June 2011. Dr. Kane is honored to be working alongside Dr. Brad Kane, her loving father, and Dr. Stephen Kerper. She can’t wait to meet all of our great patients!

When not working, Dr. Kane enjoys living a healthy lifestyle hiking, golfing, snowboarding, skiing and running. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family.


	Dana McElrath Registered Dental Hygienist Dana has been a dental hygienist for 30 years. She loves helping our patients achieve great oral health. When not in the office she loves walks on the beach with her hubby, Mike, and our 2 mini doxies. She loves golf. She also loves and adores her 6 children!			Kathy Williams Financial Coordinator Kathy moved to Oxnard from the Riverside area four years ago. She has worked in the dental field for over 35 years. She has four boys and two new rescue dogs. She enjoys spending time with her husband and miniature pinschers!
	Denise Compton Registered Dental Hygienist Denise is a graduate of Oxnard College School of Dental Hygiene. She has been in dentistry over twelve years. She has two beautiful children and enjoys camping, cycling and hiking.			LuAnn F. Faerber Registered Dental Hygienist I am a graduate of the University of Michigan, School of Dental Hygiene. I have worked for Dr.'s Kane and Kerper for over 10 years. I have 32 years experience with 6 years in a Specialty Perio Practice. I am happily married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
	Adriana Berber Registered Dental Assistant Adriana was born and raised in Ventura and has been in the dental field for six years and loves it! When Adriana is not working, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family. She also enjoys watching movies.			Lisa Scott Registered Dental Assistant Lisa is always loving life with her horse, Olivia, and her shar-pei, Peaches. She also enjoys eating, cooking and being outdoors when not in the office helping to create beautiful smiles!
	Jose Luis Mendez Registered Dental Assistant Jose has been in dentistry for 15 years. He is the father of three wonderful children, two daughters and a son. Outside the office he loves running, lifting weights and football and basketball.			Rosie M. Gutierrez Registered Dental Assistant Rosie has been in the dental field for over 30 years and with Dr.'s Kane and Kerper for 25 of those years. She has enjoyed everyone of those years! On her off time she enjoys quilting, traveling, and riding her motor cycle.
	Kayli doyon Appointment Coordinator Kayli grew up in Fillmore, CA and is married to Ryan. She is expecting her first baby in February 2012! She is currently finishing her degree in Human Development and Family Studies. When she is not working, Kayli enjoys snowboarding and English Mastiffs.			Trina Ayala Appointment Coordinator Trina was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. She has been working in the dental field for over six years and thoroughly enjoys what she does. When she is not working you can either find her working on her BA degree or playing some recreational sport.
	Sara Serota Hygiene Coordinator Sara grew up on the beach in Oxnard. She attended UCSB and now lives with her boyfriend and two dogs in Ventura. She enjoys reading, movies and theater in her spare time. Sara is thrilled to be part of such a great dental team.
